- A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
- No Call / No Show appointments will result in the inability to book future services.
- Hair must be clean and fully detangled prior to your appointment.
- A late fee will be applied after 10 minutes.
- No extra guests are permitted during appointments unless previously approved.
